Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Middle East (Saudi Arabia Based only)

Job Location: Riyadh / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Candidate should be currently in Saudi Arabia)

Experience: 8–11 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, based in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Middle East hiring practices, local labor laws, and preferabaly knows Arabic (spoken and written). Prior experience hiring for banking or financial services clients is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across various functions, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
  • Partner with business and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulatory frameworks throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local and regional talent for critical and niche roles.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive timely closures.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and HR operations teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization at local job fairs and industry events.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labour laws, local hiring norms, and visa requirements.
  • Good English Communication – both written and verbal
  • Preferably, Fluent in Arabic – both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience hiring for banking/financial services clients is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Culturally aware, adaptable, and professional in approach.
