Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview for contract, perm, and right-to-hire IT roles. Always something different and new to work on from IT infrastructure to development to project management, data analysis, ERP...
• Collaborate on compelling JDs and use innovative recruiting tools to manage your sourcing strategy
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offers.
• Track IT trends to attract elite talent.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years agency-side technical recruiting with proven success (quantifiable metrics a must).
• Strong grasp of tech roles (cloud engineers, security analysts, developers, project managers, etc.).
• Curiosity for AI/recruiting tech, tenacity, and excellent communication.
• Experience with ATS tools; resilient, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
