Senior Technical Recruiter

The Mandate
Bhadotri Talent Solutions is seeking a high-performing Senior Technical Recruiter to join our core consulting team in Al Khuwair. As a premier talent partner in the Sultanate, we manage complex hiring mandates for the tech, engineering, and energy sectors. We are looking for a recruitment specialist who doesn't just "fill seats" but understands the underlying technology and can navigate the unique nuances of the Omani talent landscape to deliver elite-level candidates.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Technical Sourcing: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized roles (Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Science, and Technical Project Management), utilizing advanced Boolean search and headhunting techniques.
  • Strategic Talent Mapping: Build and maintain deep pipelines of technical talent both within the Sultanate and internationally, ensuring a steady flow of pre-qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic advisor to client hiring managers, helping them define technical requirements, salary benchmarking, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Omanisation Advocacy: Champion local talent development by identifying and placing high-potential Omani nationals in technical roles, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Labour targets.
  • Technical Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate competency beyond the CV, ensuring only the top 5% of talent reaches the interview stage.
  • Offer Negotiation: Lead the closing process, including complex salary negotiations, relocation logistics, and contract finalization.

Professional Profile

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specifically focused on technical/IT roles.
  • Proven track record in a third-party agency or high-growth internal recruitment environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Omani Labour Law and current Omanisation trends.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage for stakeholder liaison.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
