Senior Technical Specialist

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in

· Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management systems

· Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD

· Hands-on experience with MIM for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and workflow automation

· Experience with IBM security technologies, including ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager)

· Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex access issues

· Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred)

· Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access review processes

· Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, lifecycle management)

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business units, developers, and infrastructure teams

· Ability to Work onsite

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
