Job Description:

• Provide technical support for ISP network operations
• Configure and manage VLANs, switches, and routing protocols
• Perform network troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Handle switch configuration (managed switches)
• Coordinate with dealers and field teams for issue resolution
• Monitor network performance and ensure service uptime
• Escalate complex technical issues when required

Qualification and Experience:

Experience: 02-03 Yrs. Telecom

Certification: CCNA Preferred
