Designation: Technical Writer – Adobe FrameMaker

Location: Pune

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturdays Off

Education

B.E. (Mechanical / Production) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Experience

3+ Years

Software Skills

Adobe FrameMaker (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation using Adobe FrameMaker.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, systems, and documentation requirements in detail.
• Create high-quality documentation that meets company and industry standards and suits the intended audience.
• Prepare user manuals, installation guides, online help, UI text, and developer documentation.
• Create tutorials and instructional content to help end-users effectively use applications and systems.
• Analyze existing and new content with focus on reuse, consistency, and single-sourcing.
• Create, organize, and maintain documentation structure and information architecture.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and consistency with strong attention to detail.
• Convert complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand text and visuals.
• Work on software-related technical documentation with proven hands-on experience.
