Senior Technology Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technology Operations Manager who can take full ownership of our operational technology landscape while ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, product, and business functions. You will lead cross-functional technical teams, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across all production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Operations Ownership: Oversee end-to-end technology operations, ensuring system uptime, performance, and reliability across all environments.
Infrastructure Optimization: Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational monitoring systems to ensure scalability and resilience.
Incident and Risk Management: Lead incident response processes, root cause analysis, and preventive strategies to minimize downtime and operational risk.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a growing technical operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align operational priorities with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in technology operations, infrastructure, or DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, system architecture, and monitoring tools.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement long-term scalable solutions.
Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring technical teams in high-performance environments.
Mindset: You are structured, proactive, and focused on operational excellence with a strong bias toward reliability and automation.

Pay: KD2,400.000 - KD3,400.000 per month
