Senior Technology Solutions Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead technology strategy, planning, and implementation initiatives
• Manage enterprise software, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and technology solutions
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Monitor technology performance, security, and scalability
• Guide vendors, partners, and external technology providers
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for leadership
• Mentor team members and encourage a collaborative work environment
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technology management, IT operations, business solutions, or project leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with enterprise systems, digital tools, or technology platforms is an asset
• Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Professional certifications are considered an advantage

Pay: KD1,800.000 - KD2,800.000 per month
