Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conducting, assessing, and managing client needs to identify suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Property Showings: Organizing, hosting open houses.
• Market Analysis: Preparing comparative market analyses to help sellers price properties accurately and advise on market trends.
• Lead Follow-up: Managing CRM systems to promptly follow up on inquiries from marketing efforts, referrals, and events.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of community, floor plans, pricing, and construction features.
