Job Description

Role: Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing tests to ensure the quality of our products using industry standard testing best practices and innovations. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Mentioned below are the major roles and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Developing and executing tests cases to validate the quality, functionality and performance of software applications.
• Identify, report and track defects in a timely manner, and work closely with developers for the timely resolution
• Conducting post-release implementation testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in test case preparation and any of the management tools likes TestRail, qTest, Testlink.

· Excellent communication, teamwork skills and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, SoapUI is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in software testing and test automation.

· Basic understanding in version control using Git.

· Good to have domain experiences in Wealth Management Or Financial systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
