Senior Thumbnail Designer

Role Summary:

Own the visual identity for YouTube and social platforms through high-performing, emotionally charged thumbnails that maximize clicks and curiosity.

Note:This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialized team that executes your vision under your direction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create thumbnails optimized for CTR (Click-Through Rate).
• Collaborate with editors and scriptwriters to understand video hooks.
• Lead a team of junior designers for execution and variations.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify winning design formats.
• Maintain consistency in typography, emotion, and brand tone.
• Research global trends in thumbnail design across industries.

Who You Are:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital design or thumbnail creation.
• Obsessed with human psychology and visual storytelling.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and always iterating for improvement.
• Comfortable leading and training a creative team.

Growth Path:

Leads thumbnail design vertical; manages junior designers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
