We are looking for a Senior Tourism & Destination Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our destination strategy, tourism partnerships, and customer experience excellence. Key Responsibilities
Destination Strategy Ownership:
Develop and expand tourism products, destination packages, and market positioning strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Partnership Development:
Build strong relationships with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, hospitality providers, and international travel partners.
Team Leadership:
Lead destination specialists, travel consultants, and operations teams while mentoring future leaders and maintaining performance excellence.
Customer Experience Management:
Ensure premium service standards, customer satisfaction, and personalized travel experiences across all client touchpoints.
Market Analysis:
Monitor tourism trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging destinations to support strategic planning.
Stakeholder Management:
Present business strategies, tourism proposals, and market insights to executive leadership, partners, and corporate clients.

What We Are Looking For?
Experience:
8+ years in tourism, destination management, hospitality, or travel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong expertise in destination planning, travel operations, supplier management, and tourism business development.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value client relationships.
Language Skills:
English (Professional) is required. Arabic is an advantage. Additional international language skills are highly valued.
Mindset:
You are commercially driven, customer-focused, and able to balance operational excellence with strategic market expansion.
