The Role:As a Senior Town Planner, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of planning projects from concept through to determination. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and preparing planning applications, appraisals, and supporting documents

• Providing expert planning advice to clients and internal teams

• Leading stakeholder and local authority engagement

• Supporting more junior team members with technical guidance and mentorship

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients across the public and private sectors

About You:

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards accreditation)

• Relevant experience within a planning consultancy, developer, or local authority

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex applications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
