About the Role
Tutorial Point Learning Solutions WLL is a corporate learning and digital training provider focused on delivering structured professional development programs for organizations across Qatar and the GCC. We specialize in workforce upskilling, digital learning systems, and performance based training solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and employee capability. We are hiring a Senior Training Program Manager m f d who will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large scale training programs for corporate clients and internal learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Training Program Leadership
Lead end to end development of corporate training programs including planning design execution and evaluation
Learning Strategy Development
Develop structured training frameworks aligned with organizational and client workforce needs
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with HR departments business leaders and client representatives to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Quality and Performance Tracking
Monitor training effectiveness using performance metrics feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve program quality
Team Coordination
Work with trainers content developers and operations teams to ensure consistent and high quality training delivery
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in training learning and development program management or corporate education roles with leadership exposure preferred
Skills
Strong program management capability instructional design knowledge and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Communication
Strong English communication skills required Arabic is an advantage for client coordination in the region
Mindset
Structured analytical and focused on delivering measurable business and learning impact with a strong attention to operational excellence
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
