The Global Visa Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling visa services, assisting clients throughout the visa process, achieving monthly sales targets, and creating engaging social media content. This role requires strong communication, telephonic sales skills, customer service orientation, and confidence on camera. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to visa services via phone, email, and walk-ins. Promote and sell visa services for multiple countries. Provide accurate guidance on visa documentation, requirements, and procedures. Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Create your own videos and go live on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote visa services. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the visa processing team for smooth application handling. Stay updated with visa regulations, embassy requirements, and travel advisories. Prepare daily sales reports and updates. Qualifications and Skills 1–2 years of experience in visa sales or travel consultancy preferred. Excellent communication and telephonic sales skills. Confident in front of the camera and able to create videos/live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Strong customer service and persuasive selling abilities. Target-oriented and goal-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of visa processes for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and other countries. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
