Senior Travel Consultant

he Travel Operations position involves overseeing the entire travel process for clients, including booking transportation, arranging accommodations, and providing on-the-go support. The ideal candidate will have a background in travel management and customer service, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book transportation arrangements including flights, trains, and car rentals.
• Arrange accommodations and ensure all bookings align with client preferences and policies.
• Handle and resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain and update travel itineraries and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm details and provide travel support.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with travel service providers.
• Provide detailed reports and analyses of travel expenditures and trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
