Hiring : Senior Travel Consultant :

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with Minimum 5+ Years of working experience in Travel and Tourism Industry

Core responsibilities

• Client consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, budget, and expectations.
• Itinerary planning: Design and create detailed travel itineraries, including activities, and accommodations.
• Customer service: Provide expert advice and counseling on destinations, and ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Relationship management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
• Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices.

Required skills and qualifications

• Travel knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, regulations, and safety measures.
• Sales and communication: Excellent persuasion, sales, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Technical proficiency: Expertise in using travel booking software and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre or Galileo.
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving: Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.
• Experience: Proven experience in the travel industry, often with a focus on specific types of travel like corporate or VIP clients.

Senior-level duties

• Mentorship: Train, coach, and develop junior staff.
• Leadership: May be responsible for performance management of direct reports.
• VIP services: Often specialize in designing travel arrangements for high-profile or VIP clients.
• Emergency support: Provide backup for emergency travel requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
