Role Overview

Plumeria Holidays is looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant – Holidays for our Mumbai branch. This role involves handling FIT and GIT holiday packages, coordinating end-to-end bookings, and supporting and guiding junior team members to ensure efficient sales and operations.

The position combines individual contribution with team coordination and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle FIT & GIT holiday inquiries for domestic and international destinations
• Design customized itineraries and group packages based on client needs
• Prepare quotations, costing, follow-ups, and booking confirmations
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, and vendors
• Ensure smooth execution of confirmed holiday bookings
• Assist in resolving customer queries, changes, and service issues
• Guide and support junior travel consultants in day-to-day activities
• Review itineraries, quotations, and documentation prepared by team members
• Share destination knowledge and best practices with the team
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain service standards

Candidate Profile

• 10 - 12 years of experience in FIT & GIT holiday packages (India & International)
• Prior experience in mentoring or supporting junior consultants
• Strong destination knowledge and operational understanding
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and team responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a structured, team-oriented environment
• Graduate in any discipline

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 per month
