Hiring: Operations & Contracting Executive – Japan DMC

Location: [Noida electronic City or Japan]

Experience: 3–6 Years (Travel / DMC Background Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contracting & negotiation with hotels, transporters, guides & attractions across Japan

• Email quotation to be shared with all the B2B Clientels

• Handling end-to-end operations for FIT, GIT & MICE groups.

• Costing support & margin control.

• Coordination with suppliers for confirmations & smooth execution.

• Managing last-minute changes & operational challenges.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years experience in DMC / travel operations.

• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of Japan geography & logistics preferred.

• Good command over Excel & costing sheets.

• Japanese language (added advantage).

Requirements

Min. 02 - 03 years of experience in the travel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Worked under B2B Platform, Good with indivudial component costing

Salary Range : 35 - 60 K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
