Job Summary:
Join UNLTD Travel & Tourism W.L.L. as a Senior Travel Operations Manager and lead the delivery of exceptional travel experiences across corporate and leisure segments. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end travel operations, optimize workflows, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Doha.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily travel operations including bookings, ticketing, itineraries, and customer support
- Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure competitive rates and service quality
- Lead, mentor, and develop the travel operations team to achieve performance targets
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, customer service, and operations teams
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Implement systems and processes to improve workflow, accuracy, and turnaround time
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good understanding of travel booking systems and processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and international clients
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
