About the Role:
Manitoba Travel & Tourism Services W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Travel Operations Manager to oversee travel operations, tour management, and customer experience delivery in Kuwait City. This role focuses on optimizing travel services, managing end-to-end tourism operations, and ensuring seamless client journeys across regional and international destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Operations Leadership: Oversee end-to-end travel services including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
- Tour & Service Management: Manage tour packages, travel programs, and customer experience delivery
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize workflows, reduce service delays, and improve operational performance
- Supplier Coordination: Work with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
- Customer Experience Management: Ensure high-quality service standards and client satisfaction
- Process Improvement: Enhance operational systems, booking processes, and service delivery
- Team Leadership: Lead travel consultants, operations staff, and support teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in travel operations, tourism management, or hospitality operations
- Skills: Strong operational, customer service, and coordination capabilities
- Education: Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or destination management
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and multi-service travel operations
