Senior Travel Operations Manager

Job Summary:

India Heritage Tour Services is seeking a Senior Travel Operations Manager to oversee travel operations, tour coordination, workflow management, and customer service activities within our growing tourism organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys improving customer travel experiences, coordinating travel operations, supporting tourism services, and managing operational workflows in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, reservations, customer support, and travel coordination teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and excellent service delivery.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily travel and tourism operations
• Coordinate tour schedules, travel bookings, and operational workflows
• Support customer service and travel coordination initiatives
• Monitor operational performance, booking activities, and workflow efficiency
• Help improve travel procedures, reporting systems, and operational productivity
• Coordinate with internal departments, travel partners, and service providers
• Assist with scheduling, operational planning, and travel support activities
• Maintain quality standards across travel and customer service operations
• Support leadership with operational initiatives and service improvement activities
• Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel operations, tourism services, reservations support, customer service, business operations, or operations management preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and travel activities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with travel coordination, tourism workflows, or operational reporting is beneficial
