Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads into sales by recommending suitable travel packages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and travel processes.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel agency sales or tourism sales.
• Native Turkish Speaker.
• Good to excellent command of English.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience handling inbound leads from social media and phone inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Egypt, and the Balkans.
