The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and updating daily cash activities, maintaining relationships with various external service providers, and partnering with internal groups to improve financial analytics and current processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain daily and long-range cash projections and monitor variances by working with internal groups to collect data on future activities and expenditures. Build out cash model to capture additional metrics and increase efficiency
- Initiate wires and internal account transfers for acquisition activities, funding between entities, and outside entities as necessary
- Track debt and make principal and interest payments as required by credit agreement
- Coordinate and execute all treasury transition activities for acquisitions including transferring control of all accounts, transitioning activity to our banking relationship, and closing accounts as needed
- Online banking system oversight, including maintenance of appropriate user access and entitlements and evaluation of banking system functionality to improve operational efficiency
- Work with banking partner to improve services and reporting, streamline banking operations where possible and drive down costs by utilizing more efficient products/services and negotiating rate decreases/offsets as our footprint grows
- Assist Accounting during monthly close with any questions/documentation regarding Treasury transactions
- Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing use of Oracle financial management software
- Manage relationship with cash courier service, adding or removing locations as needed, and responding to service questions and issues from operating business locations
- Support capital expense and equipment lease process, track existing and upcoming projects, coordinate lease documentation with financing partners, and communicate completed lease schedules internally
- Manage corporate credit card programs, monitor credit limit exposure, collaborate with Concur administrator to ensure card programs operate effectively with T&E reporting requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of treasury, finance, or corporate banking experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- CTP is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems, bank portals, and Concur is a plus
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong change management skills, someone is who is flexible and can handle ambiguity in a company going through significant transformation in financial processes and rigor
