Senior Treasury Specialist (Banking Operations)

Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare and fulfill all banks KYC /account opening documentations
Ensure all bank transactions are recorded and matched with bank statements
Monitor daily bank balances and cash movements
Access online banking systems for efficiency and execution of payments
Manage and monitor debit & credit interest rates calculation of local and foreign balances
Control and prepare issued chqs to suppliers and ensure timely collection for chqs under collection from customers
Execute and follow up all banking local & foreign transactions
Prepare daily cash position reports
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all bank-related transactions
Handling and dealing with insurance companies and brokers to finalize all marine insurance requirements
Prepare and fulfill all banking trade finance importation documents
