About the Role

Gear Shift – Motorbike Repair Garage (by Cruise Rover) is looking for skilled and experienced motorcycle mechanics to join our professional workshop. We are hiring one senior-level mechanic and one mid-level mechanic with strong hands-on experience in two-wheeler service and repair.

Open Positions & Salary

1. Senior Motorbike Mechanic

• Experience: 15+ years
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

2. Motorbike Mechanic

• Experience: 5+ years
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(Salary based on skill level and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Complete motorcycle servicing and preventive maintenance
• Engine diagnosis, dismantling, overhaul, and reassembly
• Electrical system diagnosis and wiring work
• Clutch, gearbox, brakes, suspension, and chain-sprocket repairs
• Identify and resolve mechanical and performance issues
• Work on multiple motorcycle brands (commuter & premium bikes)
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
• Deliver quality work within committed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in two-wheeler repair
• Knowledge of engine, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to independently diagnose and fix issues
• ITI / automotive certification preferred (experience is mandatory)
• Honest, disciplined, and reliable work ethic
