Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior UI Designer to lead user interface design projects, optimize digital experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong design expertise, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers.
• User-Centered Approach: Incorporate user feedback and usability testing into design iterations.
• Innovation: Explore new tools, frameworks, and design trends to elevate digital experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end collaboration.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC region.

Pay: Up to KD1,200.000 per month
