Senior UI UX Designer / Product Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Product Designer who blends exceptional UI/UX design skills with a strong sense of graphic design, branding, and system-level thinking. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design process for a full software product—crafting clean, aesthetic interfaces and robust, scalable user experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who can think like a product architect and design like a visual storyteller—someone equally comfortable creating Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Use Case and Data Flow Diagrams, as well as high-impact UI visuals, custom design systems, and brand-aligned user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of a complete software product from initial concept through final implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and create clear Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and User Journeys to support functional clarity.
• Design and document user experiences, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI mockups using modern design tools.
• Build custom UI elements and components consistent with a high-end, branded look and feel.
• Define and maintain a visual language and design system that reflects the company’s brand identity.
• Contribute to and refine brand assets, color schemes, typography, icons, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and implement feedback loops to optimize UX across devices and platforms.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on full-scale software products.
• Expertise in graphic design, branding, and crafting custom UI components.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout across digital products.
• Experience with SRS documentation, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and user journey mapping.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and developers.
