Senior UI/UX & Creative Designer

Morosoft is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior UI/UX & Creative Designer with around 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for UI/UX design, graphic design, video editing, and social media creatives for Web, App, and marketing projects.
The right candidate will ensure that all digital experiences and visual assets are optimized for usability, branding consistency, and high visual impact.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize user workflows and user journeys for Web and Mobile applications.

Design UI/UX for Web and App projects including wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.

• Create high-quality graphic designs for branding, marketing, and digital platforms.

Design and edit short promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for marketing and social media.

• Handle and design creatives for social media platforms (posts, stories, banners, ads, etc.).
• Create interactive and animated designs where required.
• Design prototypes and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Research and implement latest UI/UX, design, and social media trends.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, Web & Mobile Design, and Visual Design.

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma (must), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Understanding of social media design standards and platform-specific requirements.
• Technical familiarity with HTML & CSS3 limitations.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
• Good English communication skills are required.
