Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and strategic Senior UI/UX designer to guide our design team and shape the user experience across our entire suite of digital products. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and conceptualization to creating visually stunning, intuitive interfaces that solve complex user problems. The ideal candidate is a master of their craft using tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and is also a passionate mentor who can elevate the skills and creativity of the entire design team.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Define and drive the overall design vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with product and business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define requirements and translate business objectives into compelling design solutions.
• Establish and champion user-centered design (UCD) principles and best practices across the organization.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Craft high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all products.
• Conceptualize and produce original, high-quality visual assets, icons, and illustrations using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
• Oversee the visual identity of our products, ensuring a polished, modern, and user-friendly aesthetic.
• Effectively present and articulate design concepts, logic, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather and intelligently incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams and users.
• Work closely with developers to ensure a high-quality implementation of designs and provide necessary assets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead capacity, with a strong track record of mentoring other designers.
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, with detailed case studies of shipped web and mobile applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation and visual design.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, user research, and usability testing principles.
• Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and a passion for solving complex user problems.
• Communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions and champion design thinking.
