Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities -
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve user experience.
Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive principles for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with frontend/backend developers to ensure pixel-perfect and functional implementation.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and products.
Continuously evaluate design trends, tools, and best practices to keep solutions modern and user-friendly.

B. Required Skills -
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD (Sketch or other design tools a plus).
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and UI design patterns.
Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Good knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers is a plus.
