Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer who can take complete ownership of product design from user research to final UI delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert complex ideas into smooth and delightful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications (Research → Wireframes → UI → Prototypes).
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and translate insights into improved UX flows.
• Produce pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand identity, accessibility standards, and modern UI principles.
• Create user flows, journey maps, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and design system assets.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to align on requirements.
• Develop and maintain component libraries, design systems, and documentation.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality delivery across all platforms and devices.
• Review development output to ensure the final product matches design specifications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideate improvements, and push innovation across product lines.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure quality standards in all design deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-based companies).
• Expert in Figma (Auto-layout, Design Systems, Prototyping).
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and accessibility.
• Solid grasp of responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and interaction patterns.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience working in agile development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
