Senior UIUX designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design initiatives, create exceptional user experiences, and shape the visual identity of our digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user-centered design, modern UI practices, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
Responsibilities
User Experience (UX)

• Lead user research, persona development, and user journey mapping.
• Conduct usability testing and transform insights into actionable improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product experience and functionality.

User Interface (UI)

• Create high-fidelity UI designs following design systems and brand guidelines.
• Develop clean, modern, and responsive interfaces across devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior designers and guide the overall design direction.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.
• Coordinate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Present concepts and design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile UI, UX workflows, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of modern design trends, usability principles, and accessibility.
• Experience working closely with development teams (React, mobile, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
