Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping user experiences and maintaining high design standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

* Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback

* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

* Ensure consistency using design systems and brand guidelines

* Mentor junior designers and review their work

* Improve existing designs based on best practices and user insights

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools

Experience & Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field

Minimum 3- 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects

* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles

* Experience with responsive and accessible design

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Experience working in a software development company

* Knowledge of design systems and usability testing

* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend workflows
