Job Title: Senior UX / UI Designer

Location: Remote / Hybrid Engagement: Contract / Full-time (flexible) Start: Immediate (Project kickoff in 1–2 weeks)

Job Overview

We are looking for a high-impact UX/UI Designer with 5–8 years of experience to lead UX wireframing, user journeys, and interactive prototyping.

This role is critical in shaping the product experience from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring strong UX fundamentals, refined visual design skills, and product-thinking mindset to create intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling experiences with a clear “wow” factor.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design from discovery to developer handoff
• Create user flows, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
• Translate business requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable design solutions
• Design high-fidelity UI screens aligned with brand and modern UX standards
• Collaborate closely with product managers, founders, and engineering teams
• Conduct usability testing and design iterations based on feedback
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent experiences across platforms
• Prepare detailed design documentation and assets for development

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or SaaS applications
• Strong hands-on experience with UX wireframing and prototyping
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
• Proven ability to deliver clean, modern, and user-centric UI designs
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility
• Experience working in Agile / fast-paced product environments
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, or workforce management systems
• Exposure to construction, travel, staffing, or gig-economy products
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better dev collaboration
• Experience with micro-interactions or motion design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
