Senior UI/UX Designer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with 7–8 years of proven expertise in designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping end-to-end user experiences across web, mobile, and hybrid applications, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions. This role demands strong design leadership, adaptability to evolving requirements, and hands-on experience with modern, AI-powered application design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end UI/UX design for web, mobile, and hybrid platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and UX audits
• Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility and usability standards
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Review, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback
• Mentor junior designers
• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 7–8 years of UI/UX design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Experience designing responsive and enterprise-grade applications
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards• Experience working with AI-powered applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detailed portfolio showcasing design, wireframing, prototyping, and delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in design governance or leadership roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
