Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer (7+ years experience) to redefine and elevate the digital presence of our eCommerce brands across the USA and Canada. This is a full-time, fully onsite position, working 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM in alignment with EST business hours.

This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity, usability, technology, and measurable business growth. You will lead website redesign initiatives, drive UI/UX strategy for new headless commerce implementations, and ensure a consistent, engaging, and conversion-focused brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and conversion-driven interfaces for eCommerce websites and landing pages.
• Lead UI/UX direction for complete redesign projects, including site architecture, navigation systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate closely with frontend and Magento developers to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable UI components.
• Develop high-quality marketing creatives including banners, email templates, social media assets, landing visuals, and promotional materials.
• Conduct UX research, user journey mapping, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve usability and conversion rates.
• Leverage analytics, CRO insights, and performance data to continuously refine design decisions.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of design performance with a focus on engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

Role Expectations

• Proactively understand brand positioning and customer behavior across USA and Canada markets.
• Ensure design strategies align with SEO, paid marketing, and performance objectives.
• Translate feedback from marketing, development, and leadership into actionable and scalable design solutions.
• Establish an efficient, scalable workflow to support ongoing site launches and updates.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, eCommerce innovation, and headless commerce technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in eCommerce or web-focused environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
• Strong command of UX principles, information architecture, responsive layouts, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with Magento or similar CMS/eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with headless architecture and frontend development workflows.
• Exceptional visual design sensibility with strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
