Senior UI/UX Designer

Our client, an Information and Communication Technology provider, offering tailored digital transformation, managed services, and security solutions, is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can create visually striking, customer-impressive digital experiences while maintaining strong UX fundamentals.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands how to balance wow-factor visuals with usability, accessibility, and user-centric thinking, particularly for Arabic and English audiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Arabic clients, understands RTL design nuances, and can confidently translate business goals into engaging, intuitive digital interfaces.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and digital platforms from concept to final delivery
• Create eye-catching, modern, and impactful UI designs that impress clients while remaining usable and scalable
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Apply strong UX principles, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design
• Design for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces with cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and internal teams
• Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all touchpoints * Review and improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business requirements
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and usability best practices
• Ability to create visually compelling, modern, and premium UI designs
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated experience working with Arabic clients and regional projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UI creativity and UX thinking
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions from a UX and business perspective
• High attention to detail and pixel-perfect design execution

• Experience designing government, enterprise, or large-scale platforms
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS basics) to support developer handover
