Role Overview

Walbrydge Technologies is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own and lead the user experience for a next-generation, multi-module digital ecosystem.
This role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performance interfaces across web platforms, mobile applications, admin dashboards, operational tools, and real-time monitoring systems.

The ideal candidate blends strong design thinking, product intuition, and execution discipline to deliver world-class user experiences for complex enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Product Discovery

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, persona development, and workflow analysis.
• Translate business and product requirements into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define UX strategy, usability standards, and experience principles.

UI Design & Visual Systems

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces for:
• Admin Panel & Internal Tools
• Operations Monitoring Dashboards
• Driver & Field Applications
• Customer-Facing Applications
• Finance & Audit Dashboards
• Trip Audits, Heatmaps, and Analytics Modules
• Build and maintain design systems, UI component libraries, and visual style guides.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and platform consistency across Web, Android, and iOS.

Prototyping & Validation

• Create interactive prototypes using Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components).
• Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Iterate designs based on user insights, metrics, and stakeholder input.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and Solution Architects.
• Support developers with clear design handoffs, specs, and interaction guidelines.
• Review implementation for design accuracy, usability, and quality.

Quality, Consistency & Leadership

• Ensure a consistent design language across all ecosystem modules.
• Establish and enforce UX best practices, patterns, and design standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design process improvements.
• Collaborate with external design partners when required.

Core Design Skills

• 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Advanced expertise in Figma (Design Systems, Auto Layout, Component Variants).
• Strong command of the full design workflow:
• Wireframes → Prototypes → High-Fidelity Screens → Developer Handoff
• Experience designing for Web, Android, iOS, and responsive platforms.
• Experience with Complex Product Ecosystems
• Proven experience designing multi-module, workflow-heavy platforms.
• Strong exposure to admin dashboards, operational tools, and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Real-time dashboards and monitoring screens
• Maps, tracking views, and geolocation-based UI
• Heatmaps, analytics, and data visualization interfaces
