Senior UI/UX Designer (UI-Focused) - Robusta

About The Role

We're looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta , a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems
• Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards
• Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team
  
  

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from research to final visuals)
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience working on both web and mobile platforms
• Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
• Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage
