Job Overview

Big O Soft is looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in web and mobile application design. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating user-centric experiences, providing creative direction to graphic designers, and professionally handling communication with international clients.

This role requires someone who can confidently manage client meetings, understand requirements, present design concepts, and lead projects from design strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling web and mobile interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to graphic designers and creative teams.
• Attend and manage international client calls and meetings professionally.
• Translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain consistency across branding, UI standards, and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Must have 2-5 Years of experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and product design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage clients independently during calls and meetings.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international clients.
• Basic understanding of branding and graphic design principles.
• Ability to lead creative discussions and present ideas confidently.
