Senior UI/UX Strategy Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Strategy Lead to drive user experience strategy, interface design direction, and digital product innovation. The ideal candidate will lead UX initiatives, improve user journeys, and ensure visually engaging and user-centered experiences across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX strategy, design planning, and user experience initiatives
• Oversee user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive digital experiences
• Define design systems, UX standards, and best practices
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product usability and engagement
• Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and responsive design across platforms
• Evaluate emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
• Mentor design teams and provide creative and strategic leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital strategy leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of UX research, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping tools
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in mobile, web, and enterprise application design is an advantage

Pay: AED30,000.00 per month
