We’re looking for a Senior Unity Game Developer (Full Stack) who can build, optimize, and ship gameplay systems from the ground up.
You’ll join a small, focused team building a football gaming experience where strategy, competition, and player ownership come together. This role is ideal for a developer who’s done it all — gameplay, UI integration, backend connections, optimization, tooling — and still enjoys getting deep into the details.
You’ll work directly with product, art, and design teams to turn creative concepts into high-performing, polished player experiences.
Why You’ll Want to Join:- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
- Observance of Holidays (based on your location)
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive
- Collaborate with a small, talented team where your work directly impacts the product
- Build games for a global football community backed by official licenses and partnerships
What You’ll Work On:
Core Development
- Implement and optimize gameplay systems, UI frameworks, and backend API integrations
- Build editor tooling and workflow automations to improve production efficiency
- Manage pipeline optimization for importing and integrating 2D/3D assets, animations, and VFX
- Translate design mockups and motion files into fully functional in-game interfaces
- Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and clean, maintainable code
Performance and Optimization
- Profile, debug, and optimize memory, rendering, and CPU performance across mobile platforms
- Streamline build pipelines and asset workflows to improve iteration speed
- Balance visual fidelity and performance for smooth gameplay
Integration and Collaboration
- Work closely with motion, VFX, and UI teams to integrate and fine-tune assets inside Unity
- Collaborate with backend and design teams on feature implementation and API usage
- (Optional but a plus) Convert After Effects animations to Unity-compatible motion sequences
- Implement basic shaders and visual effects when needed
What You Bring:- 5–10 years of experience in Unity development (C#)
- Proven track record building and shipping mobile or cross-platform games
- Strong understanding of UI frameworks, asset integration, and performance optimization
- Experience with backend API integration and Unity editor tooling
- Ability to manage end-to-end Unity workflows (assets, pipelines, builds, and VFX integration)
- Self-driven, technically curious, and motivated to deliver at startup speed
Nice to Have
- Experience converting After Effects motion into Unity
- Familiarity with shader development (HLSL or Shader Graph)
- Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and animation blending
- Hands-on experience with Addressables, Scriptable Objects, and build automation
- Experience developing or contributing to non-AAA but high-quality indie or mobile titles
How to Apply:Please include:- Your updated resume highlighting Unity and gameplay experience
- A portfolio or GitHub link showcasing projects you’ve built or contributed to
- A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing your most complex Unity project and your role in it
Only complete applications with both a portfolio and Loom video will move forward.
If you’ve built games from the ground up, enjoy optimizing everything you touch, and want to be part of a small team redefining football gaming for fans around the world, we’d love to meet you.
