Senior Unreal Developer

About the Role:

Creative Code Tech is looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join our growing and innovative team!

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of professional experience working on Unreal Engine projects with strong expertise in AI mechanics, multiplayer systems, and code quality. Experience with Unreal Engine frameworks such as GASP, AGLS, GAS, Dialect, or similar is required. Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead development, optimization, and maintenance of interactive 3D applications and games using Unreal Engine.
• Implement advanced gameplay mechanics, multiplayer systems, UI, animations, and physics-based interactions.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and junior developers to guide and execute creative ideas.
• Conduct coding reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Optimize performance across PC, Mobile, and VR/AR platforms.
• Debug, test, and deploy high-quality builds consistently with excellent debugging practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in project planning and execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints & C++).
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI Navigation, multiplayer systems, and complex game systems.
• Experience working on frameworks such as GASP, AGLS, GAS, Dialect, or similar.
• Deep understanding of 3D mathematics, physics, and rendering pipelines.
• Proven experience in multiplayer/networking systems.
• Experience in code reviews and maintaining high-quality code standards.
• Excellent debugging skills and problem-solving ability.
• VR/AR development experience is a plus.
• Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
