The goal of the Design office is to enable Emirates NBD to become the world’s most human-centric bank where customers & business partners can pursue and achieve their goals through exceptionally designed experiences.
The role will be part of the Design team within the Digital Office organization. In this position, he/she is responsible of crafting compelling and user-centric written content that enhances the overall user experience across our digital platforms. He/she is responsible of bridging the gap between design and communication, ensuring that the narrative seamlessly aligns with the visual elements to create an intuitive and engaging user journey.
Main Tasks:-

Create clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for websites, applications, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment between visual and written elements.

Develop and implement a consistent and effective tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.

Estimating efforts based on requirements.

Propose plan based on deadlines and planned activities.

Iterate and optimize ux copy based on user feedback and data analytics.

Audit existing copy, and propose enhancements within the agreed timelines

Track and analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve and refine copy.

Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful user experiences.

Integrate within the Design delivery teams, and collaborate as per the UX process and Agile methodology

Communicates and articulates UX copy related recommendations and decisions

Experience & Skills required:-

5+ years of experience in a related field

Holding a Bachelor degree or higher in English, communication, Marketing, or related fields.

Proven professional experience in a relevant industry such as corporate, finance, or retail products.

Proficiency in reading and writing UK English.

Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in reading and writing in GCC or UAE National Dialect.

Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an asset

Human Centered Design Practices

Proficient in content management systems, SEO principles, and basic HTML.

Ability to ideate and contribute to the creative process, translating ideas into compelling copy.

Firm grasp of UX and instructional principles and their application to copywriting.

Showcase a diverse portfolio highlighting successful projects and deliverables.

Provide examples of how your copywriting contributed to improved user experiences.

Demonstrate the ability to adapt your writing style to different industries and target audiences.
