Senior UX Designer
Exp: 4-5 + years Roles & Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide junior UX/UI team members, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality design deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with visual designers, product managers, engineering teams, and sales/pre-sales teams to align design outcomes with business goals.
- Participate in and lead design standups, manage multiple projects efficiently, and maintain smooth communication within cross-functional teams.
- Apply design thinking and user-centric methodologies to understand user needs through active listening, observation, and structured research.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral studies.
- Prepare research materials such as questionnaires and workshop guides; facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions with clients, sales teams, and stakeholders.
- Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, workflows, and actionable design recommendations.Validate designs with users and ensure clarity while communicating expectations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create detailed wireframes, information architecture, interaction flows, and process maps that reflect user needs and business requirements.
- Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts and interaction behaviors.
- Design clean, visually appealing UI interfaces aligned with brand identity across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Produce key deliverables, including design presentations, interactive prototypes, usability study reports, and design specifications.
- Present and articulate design decisions through compelling storytelling and structured design thinking approaches.
- Support sales and pre-sales teams by assisting with design-led pitch materials, participating in capability presentations, and showcasing design value during client calls.
- Contribute to proposals, case studies, and solution decks demonstrating how UX can enhance product value and drive business impact.
- Communicate design decisions confidently and manage client interactions independently.
- Contribute to internal UX documentation, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
- Publish design insights or articles to strengthen the organization’s design visibility and credibility.
- Leverage AI tools for research insights, rapid concepting, mockups, flows, and visual variations.
- Integrate AI into design workflows to enhance speed, quality, and innovation across the team.
- Share AI-driven design insights, case studies, and best practices within the team and design community.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- 4-5 + years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience designing and delivering complex, interactive design solutions.
- Ability to interpret both user problems and business goals and convert them into actionable design strategies.
- Experience working with global B2B and B2C customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience supporting pre-sales processes such as workshops, capability pitches, and proposal creation.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and facilitate discussions.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, Graphic Design fundamentals, and end-to-end UX processes.
- Familiarity with SDLC and product development methodologies.
- Updated knowledge of global design trends, patterns, and tools.
- UX writing skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
