Overview

We’re hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer for a one-month contract to help elevate our mobile experience into a more immersive, intuitive, and visually dynamic environment. This short-term engagement (November 1 – December 1, 2025) is focused on polishing core user journeys, tightening gameplay-driven UI systems, and preparing final assets for developer handoff.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of experience designing for mobile gaming apps — someone who understands the psychology of progression systems, reward loops, and how to translate player motivation into clean, addictive interface flows.

Responsibilities

• Audit and refine current app flows for engagement, usability, and retention.
• Design cohesive, game-inspired UI components, icons, and screen layouts.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate motion, feedback, and transitions.
• Collaborate closely with the product, art, and dev teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.Deliver detailed design documentation and export-ready assets for mobile builds.Maintain consistency across typography, color systems, iconography, and brand styling.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience in mobile gaming apps (required).
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with responsive design and component libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating game-influenced UX/UI systems (progression, rewards, user dashboards, etc.).
• Ability to move fast, iterate independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.

Contract Details

• Duration: November 1 – December 1, 2025
• Commitment: 20–30 hours/week
• Type: Independent contractor (1099)
• Start Date: Immediate onboarding (asap)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
