At VetComm, every new Sales Associate begins their journey through the VetComm Sales Academy, a paid five-day training and evaluation program designed to prepare top-performing sales professionals for success in our high-performance enrollment environment.
During the Academy, participants receive comprehensive training on VetComm’s mission, veteran benefits services, sales methodology, compliance standards, systems, and enrollment process. This program is designed to provide the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to excel in a one-call close sales environment while ensuring alignment with VetComm’s culture and performance expectations.
Sales Academy Program Details
The VetComm Sales Academy is a temporary paid training and evaluation program intended to assess readiness for a regular full-time Sales Associate position. Participation in the Academy does not guarantee continued employment or placement into a regular position.
Candidates are evaluated throughout the Academy based on:
· Attendance and punctuality
· Professionalism
· Communication skills
· Sales aptitude
· Compliance adherence
· Coachability
· Overall performance
Academy Compensation
Participants in the VetComm Sales Academy will receive:
· Hourly compensation meeting applicable state minimum wage requirements for Inside Sales Associates
· No commission during the Academy training period
· Non-exempt employment status
· Overtime compensation in accordance with state and federal law
Transition to Full-Time Employment
Upon successful completion of the five-day VetComm Sales Academy and meeting performance expectations, participants may be offered a full-time position as a Senior Veteran Benefits Enrollment Consultant.
As a full-time Enrollment Consultant, you will receive qualified veteran leads daily and have the opportunity to earn $150,000 to $350,000+ annually through base compensation and uncapped commission opportunities, while helping veterans secure the benefits they have earned through their service.

VetComm is seeking elite sales professionals who thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments and know how to confidently close deals on the first call.
If you are persuasive, sharp, quick on your feet, and genuinely believe in helping veterans, this opportunity offers exceptional income potential while working 100% remotely from home.
This is not an order-taking position. We provide qualified leads daily—your responsibility is to connect, build trust, present our services with confidence, and close enrollments.
We are looking for experienced closers who can actively listen, control conversations, overcome objections, and guide veterans toward action in a one-call close environment.
