This role is not for basic editors or template-based motion designers.

We are looking for a senior-level visual professional who can conceptualise, design, animate, and edit high-impact videos—from corporate films and digital campaigns to large-format presentations and branded content.

If you understand visual storytelling, motion language, pacing, VFX integration, and cinematic polish, and can execute end-to-end without hand-holding, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

Video Editing (End-to-End Ownership)

• Edit corporate films, brand films, documentaries, AVs, event films, and digital content

• Strong control over storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow

• Audio syncing, sequencing, transitions, titles, and final mastering

• Deliver broadcast-ready and digital-ready outputs

Motion Graphics & VFX

• Design and execute high-quality motion graphics (titles, supers, infographics, explainers, animated sequences)

• Integrate VFX elements seamlessly into live-action footage

• Ability to conceptualise motion styles based on brand tone and brief

• Create engaging visual layers that elevate production value

Software & Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced)

• Adobe After Effects (Advanced – motion graphics & VFX)

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (for asset creation)

• DaVinci Resolve (basic to intermediate – colour correction preferred)

• Strong understanding of codecs, formats, resolutions, and delivery standards

Creative & Workflow Control

• Work closely with directors, producers, designers, and cinematographers

• Interpret briefs and convert them into visually compelling executions

• Maintain clean project structures, asset management, and backups

• Ability to handle tight timelines without compromising quality

Client-Site & Team Coordination

• Work from client site at Konsari with professionalism and discipline

• Coordinate with internal creative teams and client stakeholders

• Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently

• Maintain confidentiality and brand integrity

MUST-HAVE Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in video editing + motion graphics / VFX

• Strong showreel demonstrating:

• Motion graphics

• VFX integration

• Long-form and short-form edits

• High aesthetic sense and strong storytelling instincts

• Ability to work independently in a high-output environment

Good to Have (Competitive Edge)

• Experience with corporate, CSR, government, or institutional films

• Experience with large-scale events or high-stakes presentations

• Knowledge of 3D basics (Cinema 4D / Blender) is a plus

• Understanding of brand communication and visual consistency
