SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall MEP division strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement long-term plans to drive innovation and excellence in MEP services.
• Establish and manage relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of MEP systems across multiple projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Manage and guide a team of project managers, engineers, and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and manage budgets for the MEP department and individual projects.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Support the estimation and tendering processes for new projects.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.

· Support pre-sales and business development teams in technical presentations and proposals.

• Participate in contract negotiations and client meetings.
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities in MEP projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in MEP projects, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of MEP design standards, building codes, and sustainable building practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and cost control.

• Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Project)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
